Please note prior to removing members that if your Portalbuzz account is connected to Kiwanis International, deleting a member in Portalbuzz will also remove it from the headquarters database.
Here are the steps to delete a member from the club.
1. Click the People icon on the navigation menu on the left.
2. Locate the member to be deleted and click the three dots icon to the right and select 'Delete'.
3. Type the effective date for when the member should be removed. You can also click on the calendar icon to the right of the textbox and select the date needed.
4. Select the reason to delete the member from the Deletion reason drop-down list. If you choose Other, enter the reason in the textbox.
5. Click the Save button.
Note: Former member information can still be retrieved by clicking the Show former & pending members link at the bottom of the Members page.
