Generate a single PDF to be printed with a document for each member selected including tokens that are personalized for each member as well.

  1. Click the Documents icon on the navigation menu on the left.

2. In the grid, locate the document to save a PDF document, then click the generate pdf icon. The document generated will include the names or data merged into the document. 

3. Select names (and data) to be included in the PDF document. Click the Add, Remove, Add All and Remove All buttons to select for needed names. 

4. Click the Generate button.
5. The PDF document will open in a new window. The PDF document will show with one page per name selected. For example, if you chose 10 names, there will be 10 pages in the PDF document.
Tip: Check the document for formatting and spelling.
6. The generated PDF document will automatically save to your computer.
