Note: This article is for use by Billing Administrators or those club members that handle billing and invoices.
When a new member joins your club, a member type and billing codes are assigned. The process of adding a member triggers codes to be associate with that member and can also trigger a new member welcome email. The billing feature allows you to create a New member welcome email template that will be emailed when a new member is added to the system. The email can include any information that you would like to share with a new member.
For example, you might include information such as:
- club meetings
- upcoming events
- how to access the website
- how to make a donation
- etc.
