The content editor includes shortcut buttons and icons of the most frequently used commands to edit the content. Each on-screen button is represented by a different icon which are convenient to use and allows you to efficiently personalize and improve your public website pages. These buttons are similar to those commands and buttons common in word processors and email programs, so they should be familiar to you. 

If you hold your cursor over the icon, the icon will show highlighted and the title of the function will show. 

Print – Prints the content of a page.

Spell check – Use this button to check and correct spelling mistakes.

Find and Replace –Allows you quickly locate and change a text or set of words within a document.

Bold – Makes the selected text bold.

Italic – Changes the selected text into italic text format.

Underline - Underlines selected text or numbers.

Strike-through – Draws a horizontal line through the letters.

Superscript and Subscript - Refers to numbers that are positioned slightly above or below a regular text and allows you to change a number or letter to either superscript of subscript text. 

Paragraph format – Used to easily format and manage paragraphs, but changing text to pre-formatted styles, such as headings or paragraph formats. Use this function to add in 'H1's , and 'H2's, which help search engines in finding your information and with consistency in formatting. 

Remove format – Restores the format of texts to default or regular format.

Text color – Allows you to change the text into a different color of your choice.

 Background color – Changes the background color of the text.

Font Style – Consists of various types of fonts in a specific style and size.

Font name – Changes the selected font. 

 Font size – Changes the size of your selected text.

Insert table – Quickly adds or inserts a table in your document.

 Align left – Aligns selected text to the left.

Align Center – Moves the selected text to the middle of the row.

Align Right – Aligns selected text to the right.

Justify – This justifies the text left and right.

Increase Indent – Increases distance between the current paragraph and the left page margin.

Decrease Indent – Reverses the “Increase Indent” function. This moves the indented text or paragraphs to the left.

Cut – Removes selected text or data from its original position in the document.

Copy – Copies or creates a duplicate of the selected data.

Paste text – Inserts copied text or data anywhere in the document where the paste command is issued.

Insert/Remove numbered list – Use this button to insert or remove the numbered list format.

Insert/Remove bulleted list – Use this button to insert or remove the bulleted list format.

Insert Link - This icon allows you to link from a designated word or image to another page or website. 

Anchor – Allows you to add a link from one part of your webpage to another. 

Undo and Redo – Allows you to reverse your last command while Redo button reverse actions of the Undo button.

Controls – Inserts a control on the page. Controls allow you to pull information from the member portal or add functionality to the site with PayPal shopping carts, photo albums and more. 

Source – This button toggles over to the source code (html) for the page. You can view or make edits. However, it is not necessary to edit HMTL in order to create your website.
